CARD SORT
We ideated on potential solutions and was able quickly receive feedback through a card sort. We had the dispatchers sort the cards by effort and by effectiveness.
Result:
The winner was a tool that automatically translated the dispatchers messages to another language. This was a great starting point for our prototype.
